As the milk flows through, the cream is forced through the cones, and to the top by centrifical force. Since the cream is lighter then the milk, the heavier milk is forced to the outside of the cones, and is forced off on a different spout then the cream. The lighter cream is forced to the center of the cones and comes off the top spout.Scroungernoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7644093446364973822.post-7329162962280261282010-04-15T10:37:58.798-05:002010-04-15T10:37:58.798-05:00How does a seperator work? How does a seperator work?Kelly Blaisnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7644093446364973822.post-5010807111041929652010-04-15T08:54:20.868-05:002010-04-15T08:54:20.868-05:00Just too cool Dasch, We had the exact same seperat...Just too cool Dasch, We had the exact same seperator on the family farm.

Crane ManAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7644093446364973822.post-43268772901854153062010-04-14T22:11:37.075-05:002010-04-14T22:11:37.075-05:00That is in excellent, beautiful condition!
